Design & Planning

  • Initial consultation (in-person or video) to understand property potential, target guest profile, and owner’s budget.

  • Mood boards & concept development for each room (aligned with B.Living brand style & market positioning).

  • Colour palette selection (walls, trim, key furniture).

  • Furniture layout & space optimisation plan.

  • Sourcing list for all furniture, fixtures, light design plans and décor (from agreed suppliers).

Procurement & Logistics

  • Ordering & purchasing of agreed items on behalf of the owner (funds provided upfront or via agreed process).

  • Coordination of deliveries, tradespeople, and installation schedule.

  • Local deliveries (within [X] miles of Oxford) managed directly by the B.Living team.

  • Non-local deliveries — items sent directly to the property or a local storage/delivery partner. If required, a “man with a van” or local contractor can be arranged for an additional fee.

Installation & Styling

  • On-site installation & styling days led by the B.Living design team.

  • Placement of furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories.

  • Bed-making & textile dressing for photography.

  • Final property check to ensure guest-ready condition.

Photography Ready Prep

  • Pre-shoot styling adjustments for professional photographer.

  • Liaison with photographer to ensure key features and angles are captured.

  • Building works, renovations, or specialist trades (painting, carpentry, electrical) — can be coordinated at cost.

  • Storage costs for items before installation.
